REFUND / MAKE-UP CLASS / CLASS TRANSFER POLICY

ALL CLASSES

• Refund is made strictly for cancelled classes/workshops and only for students who paid for drop-ins.
• Package(s) that have been paid can be transferred to other student(s) if they have not been used.
• In the case where a student has used the package, the remaining credit can be transferred to ONE other student ONCE in the form of Nyx Points and cannot be transferred back, and (Nyx Points) shall be used within 1 week. Please contact us regarding the transfer of packages.  This doesn't apply to Level Classes.
• There is no refund for packages that have been paid. Package validity period can only be extended according to the doctor’s note’s recommended rest/recovery time with maximum of 6-month time (medical problems) and 12 month-time (pregnancy) and can only be done once. So please make sure you’re in good health condition before continuing.
• Cancellations or reschedules can only be done more than 12 hours prior to the start of the booked class.
• In case of medical emergency that you cannot attend to the booked class, please submit a doctor's note not less than 3 hours prior to the start of the class.
• Due to the ease of counterfeiting a doctor’s note in Indonesia, we will only accept a handwritten doctor’s note from a registered clinic or hospital, submitted not less than 3 hours before the class.

LEVEL CLASS

• Level classes that has been booked and paid are non-refundable and non-convertible to class credits, so please ensure you are able to attend on the date and is in good health condition before signing up.
• Students may have a make-up class by filling the check-in form via website not less than 12 hours before the class. Please read the terms above for medical emergency.
• Students may have a make-up class in a level class that is not full and that is of the same or lower level and value. Please note that priority will be given to registered students.

CHOREO TERM CLASS

• Choreo term classes that has been booked and paid are non-refundable and non-convertible to class credits.
• Choreo term classes are not eligible for any make-up class, so please ensure you are able to attend on the dates and is in good health condition before signing up.

• Please be on time.  We will only tolerate 10 minutes of delay for every rent, granted the studio isn't used for the next schedule.  An additional fee of IDR 50,000 (Eros / Iris & Artemis) / IDR 100,000 (Gaia & Hera) will be charged for every 15 minute use outside of the scheduled time.
• Cancellation shall be made at least 3 hours before the booked time. Less than the time period given, the booking cannot be canceled.
• Payments for studio rent cannot be refunded in any way.
• Studio rent is strictly for personal practice.  Other use of the studio should be informed in advance.
• No teaching activities are allowed. Please contact us regarding this!
• Please be responsible in using ALL of the studio's equipments.  For every lost / damaged item will be subjected to a fine / replacement fee.
• Please clean up after yourself.  If you're using iTac / Monkey Hands, please be extra cautious with this, as it leaves hard-to-clean residue.
• You can increase rental time per 1 hour with the regular fee.  Please notify us of this in advance.

SELF-TRAIN

• Self-train is a self-practice time for everyone.
• Cancellation shall be made at least 3 hours before the booked time. Less than the time period given, the booking cannot be canceled.
• Payments for self-train cannot be refunded in any way.
• If you bring a company, please have them wait at the waiting room.
• You might be going to share the studio, so bring your own earphones for everyone's convenient.
• No teaching activities are allowed. Please contact us regarding this!
